Ghanaian rap-star Medikal has had his Twitter account suspended by Twitter for allegedly impersonating the President of Ghana, Nana Akufo Addo.
This apparently happened after a netizen on the platform jokingly reported him for impersonating the president.
Beno Sarkcess, a very popular head on twitter tagged Elon Musk with the tweet:
“Hi @elonmusk Kindly check @AmgMedikal’s account, he is trying to impersonate the president of Ghana.”
This was after Elon shared a caution about impersonating anyone on Twitter:
“Going forwards, any Twitter handles engaging in impersonation without clearly specifying ‘parody’ will be permanently suspended.”
Medikal just lost his account – and at the time of filling this post, his account has the of ‘Account suspended’ with over 300k followers.
