Christian Atsu Twasam was known as a Black Stars player who played in a couple of leagues in Europe. He was a highly-rated winger with undisputed pace.
Atsu on the 6th of February went missing in the earthquake that happened in Turkey. He was in his apartment in Hatayspor when the building collapsed leaving him under the rubble.
With prayers and faith that he will be found alive, he wasn’t found alive after staying missing for barely 2-weeks.
Atsu was found on the 18th of February, 2023 as his agent confirmed the news to the general public.
Christian Atsu was married to Marie Claire Rupio. The couple had three children and they are all boys.
Two are between the ages of 6 and 8 and are even playing academy. Joshua is the older son and Godwin is the second born.
