<p>The ballon was apparently thrown by a young girl who hit Mike Pence in the head. It is unclear if that was the exact intention of the young kid.</p>

It scaled straight towards Mr Pence who had his back facing the young kid as they walk.</p>

<p>Further details gathered indicate that the young girl who hit the former VEEP in the head with a water balloon is being called a “hero”.</p>
