NAM1 Reacts To Akufo-Addo's School Shutdown Over Coronavirus

Nana Appiah Mensah aka NAM1 (CEO of Menzgold) has reacted after President Akufo-Addo declared a shutdown for all schools in the country over the uprise of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Ghana.

In a national address on Sunday, 15th March 2020, Akufo-Addo released all schools to shut down, a situation that will be in force for the next four weeks.

“I have decided in the interest of public safety and the protection of our population to review the public gathering advisories earlier announced as follows. Firstly, all public gatherings including conferences, workshops, funerals, festivals, political rallies, sporting events and religious activities, such as services in churches and mosques, have been suspended for the next four (4) weeks,” the President said.

Reacting to the news, NAM1 took to his official Instagram page to share a note about the situation:
