The National Service Scheme (NSS) has commenced the recruitment of National Service graduates and unemployed youth for a six-month volunteer program.
The initiative, announced in a statement on Thursday, aims to tackle youth unemployment by providing opportunities across various sectors, including sanitation, teaching, agriculture, and health.
These efforts are in line with the government’s commitment to environmental health, cleanliness, and sustainable development.

“The recruitment will focus on various models including sanitation, teaching, agriculture, health, and other sectors aligned with the government’s efforts,” the NSS stated.
An online application system will soon be available on the NSS website to streamline the selection process. The NSS encourages community leaders to promote this opportunity and support potential candidates through the application process.
