
<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>Netizens are infuriated over a video that captures a sane man heartlessly beating a 2-year-old child with what looks like palm branches. The man is believed to be the father of the said child.</strong></p>



<p>Netizens have called for the arrest of the man as the video goes viral on most social media platforms.</p>

<p>The man, yet to be identified was apparently filmed by a concerned neighbor as he continues to flog the little child.</p>



<p>Even at the mercy of the child who continues to cry sorrowly, the heartless man did not stop for a minute.</p>
