Netizens Call For The Arrest Of A Man In A Viral Video Heartlessly Beating A 2-Year-Old Child (VIDEO)

Netizens are infuriated over a video that captures a sane man heartlessly beating a 2-year-old child with what looks like palm branches. The man is believed to be the father of the said child.

Netizens have called for the arrest of the man as the video goes viral on most social media platforms.

The man, yet to be identified was apparently filmed by a concerned neighbor as he continues to flog the little child.

Even at the mercy of the child who continues to cry sorrowly, the heartless man did not stop for a minute.
