
<p><strong>A piece of disturbing news reaching us at occupygh.com indicates that Nigerian veteran actor Sylvester Madu has been arrested in Cameroon over an alleged shooting incident that had claimed 4 lives.</strong></p>



<p>The actor was arrested alongside four others over the fatal shooting of four people at a beer parlour on Saturday, November 23, 2023.</p>



<p>It was gathered that some unidentified gunmen stormed the lounge where Madu was hanging out with a few others around 10 pm on Saturday.</p>

<p>The attack claimed the lives of four people and left over 10 with serious injuries.</p>



<p>According to multiple reports, the actor who was rescued by military personnel, was however detained after he insisted that the four civilians who were also rescued be released.</p>



<p>“He is currently in detention and has been sent to court. He refused to leave the four civilians that were also rescued behind. He came to Cameroon to shoot a movie,” a source said.</p>
