A young Nigerian who was among the end police brutality protest in the capital city has inscribed #EndSARS on his hand according to a photo that has just surfaced online.
The photo sighted by OccupyGh.com was shared by a Nigerian news portal on Instagram. They captioned the post:
“He Inscribed End SARS On His Hand. Is This A Joke? 😨😨😨😨”
End Special Anti-Robbery Squad or #EndSARS is a social movement in Nigeria that started on Twitter, calling for the banning of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, a unit of the Nigerian Police Force, a controversial division known for police oppression and brutality.
This is sickening and we encourage no one to ever try this.
