A police officer has been captured in a video that has gone viral on social media scratching a private car of a civilian, OccupyGh.com reports.
The Nigerian officer was recorded vandalizing the private car with a sharp object.
The incident, which happened in Lagos was captured on video by the driver of the vehicle himself.
