BREAKING: Police Officer Shot Dead At Manso In Ashanti Region

Breaking news reaching us at OccupyGh.com indicates that a police officer has been shot dead at Manso Abodom in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

The officer has been identified as Corporal Bernard Antwi. The assailants however have not been identified at the moment as the investigation goes on.

The police Officer is a 37–year-old man, he was shot dead whilst providing security to some miners in the Amansie area around 5:30 pm on Monday, August 19, 2019.

The Bekwai District Police Command has initiated investigations into the incident.
