Rev Obofour Explains To Police Why He Asked A Congregation Member To Smoke Wee

Rev. Obofour, founder and leader of Anointed Palace Chapel (ACP), who was picked up by the Ghana police yesterday has finally responded to why he asked a member in a congregation he was presiding over to smoke wee.

According to Rev. Obofour’s statement to the police, he was under the spiritual realm when he asked a young man in the congregation to lit a piece of substance believed to be wee in the church auditorium.

The young pastor noted to the police that he was highly possessed by the Holy Spirit which ordered him to tell the young man to smoke his ‘joint’ ridding him of ‘bad spirit’ that were against his life.

Rev Obofour made this revelation after he was invited by the Accra Regional Police Command to assist in an investigation into the matter.

Background

Rev. Obofour convince a member in a church service he was presiding over to smoke weed at the church’s auditorium. The young man, identified as Razak owned up when Rev Obofour asked if someone had a ‘joint’ of weed in the congregation.

The video after surfacing online went viral instantly sparking an arguable conversation on social media.
