Sad! Popular Kumawood Actress Goes Blind After She Buried Her Crippled Son, Cries For Help

Today seems to be the day of sad news as we OccupyGh.com gather that Kumawood actress Mrs. Mavis Yeboah aka Maame Gyanwa of Television series Cow and Chicken fame has partially gone blind on her left eye.

Maame Gyanwa reportedly went blind in the left eye after doctors diagnosed her with retinal artery occlusion.

Maame Gyanwa’s news comes just on the day when Ghana is hit hard with the sad news of the death of former president Jerry John Rawling.

Maame Gyanwa who could not hold her tears cried on Hot FM, begging her fans and Ghanaians to come to her aid and raise an amount of ten thousand Ghana Cedis because she is dying slowly.

According to her, Doctors say if she refuses to come for the surgery her left eye will go blind totally and it’s likely it will affect the right one too.

Maame Gyanwa indicated that she has nobody and that the people she has sacrificed her entire Life entertaining thus Ghanaians remain her family. So they should help her.

She claims she doesn’t have anyone and the people she sacrificed her entire life entertaining (Thus Ghanaians) should come to her rescue because they are her family.

It will be recalled that Maame Gyanwa lost her only son whose leg was amputated and became cripple. She cried into Ghanians and President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo gave her five thousand Ghana Cedis for her son’s surgery but unfortunately, he died.
