<p>Ghanaian politician <a href="https://occupygh.com/tag/sammy-gyamfi">Sammy Gyamfi</a> is trending on Twitter for sharing a cartoon depicting <a href="https://occupygh.com/tag/nana-akufo-addo">Nana Akufo-Addo</a> with the help of the EC &#8216;choking&#8217; the Ghanaian voter with a new register.</p>



<p>Sammy Gyamfi is the communications officer of the National Democratic Congress (N.D.C).</p>



<p>The photo which has gone viral immediately has been met with a mixed reaction.</p>
