
<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>The state has filed a lawsuit against Henry Fitz, the alleged ex-boyfriend of Serwaa Amihere, along with two others.</strong></p>



<p><br>Henry Amponsah, also known as Henry Fitz, is facing charges for sharing a bedroom video with Serwaa Amihere on social media, along with Edem Saviour Ketti and Candylove Kwakyewaa Ababio.</p>



<p>Last week, a video of Serwaa Amihere and Henry in a bedroom surfaced online, causing widespread discussion.</p>

<p>Following the video&#8217;s circulation, allegations emerged that Henry attempted to extort money from Serwaa Amihere. When his demands were not met, he allegedly released the video publicly.</p>



<p>The lawsuit, filed at the Dansoman court, accuses the trio of attempting to extort money from Serwaa Amihere. On December 3, 2023, they allegedly demanded Ghc 5,000 from the presenter, threatening to leak the video if she did not comply. Subsequently, on April 2, 2024, they allegedly demanded Ghc 20,000 from her.</p>



<p>When Serwaa Amihere failed to meet their demands, they purportedly proceeded to publish the video without her consent.</p>
