Boss of the Shatta Movement empire Shatta Wale has mentioned the name of Swedru-based hiplife star as his best and favourite artiste in the industry.
Patapaa has for some days now been trending with his “Skopatumana” rap and according to Shatta Wale he believes that is what Ghanaians and Patapaa has been able to identify that.
Speaking in an interview with Joy FM, Shatta Wale revealed that the reason why he choose Patapaa as his best and favourite artiste was because Ghana is a country where when an artiste plays sensible music the music doesn’t sell.
Asked if whether he meant that Patapaa’s songs where nonsense, he stated that he is not saying his songs are senseless but rather his songs are what Ghanaians want and he would also continue giving them such songs.
