<p>This video surfaced after Shatta Wale was seen in this footage going berserk after the road constructor reportedly sleeps on his job.</p>

<p>Shatta reportedly shut down the road construction for its delay.</p>



<p>According to the details privy to us, Shatta paid for a section of a road from Adjiriganor near his Shatta Movement Secretariat near East Legon to be constructed.</p>



<p>The constructor however slept on the work and delayed the completion.</p>
