A shocking incident has unfolded at Amsterdam Airport, where a Ghanaian man suffered a sudden mental breakdown before boarding a flight to Ghana.
According to sources, the man had been sending funds from Amsterdam to Ghana for his uncle to construct a house on his behalf. He recently informed his uncle of his plans to visit and inspect the project.
However, upon arrival at the airport, the man’s behavior drastically changed. Before checking in, he suddenly stripped naked, prompting airport police to intervene and restrain him.
Eyewitnesses reported that the man was shouting and inquiring about his building project. A fellow Ghanaian, who had spoken to him earlier, attempted to calm him down, suggesting that someone in Ghana might have taken advantage of him, triggering his breakdown.
“It’s possible someone back home has done something to prevent you from coming home,” the bystander was heard saying.
The airport police eventually subdued the distressed individual, averting any further disruptions.
