Showboy, a US based Ghanaian rapper has been jailed 6-years in prison for fighting per a social media user.

The post sighted by OccupyGh.com entertainment crew indicates that Showboy has been sentenced to prison for fighting, this fight happened somewhere back in 2016.

Back in 2016, a video surfaced online showing Showboy engage in a bloody fight with one Junior alleged to be Shatta Wale’s brother.
Somewhere in September, 2018, Showboy took to his instagram to narrate the ordeal:

GHANA BLOGGERS STOP SPREADING LIES ABOUT ME N TRYING TO TARNISH MY IMAGE ! !!! I WAS ATTACKED INSIDE MY APARTMENT , WHEN CRISS WADDLE SENT THESE BOYS TO ME !! HE CALLED WADDLE BROKE , GAY AND ALL SORT OF NAMES AND DISRESPECTED WADDLE , I ASK HIM TO STOP CALLING NIGGAS BROKE INSIDE MY APARTMENT N STOP TALKING ABOUT OTHERS , HE TRIED TO SNATCH MY PHONE (ROB) AND INTIMIDATE ME INSIDE MY OWN APARTMENT..
THEY WERE 2 guys one with a camera n I was left by myself !! .he assaulted me n slapped me in my face , pulled a kitchen knife on me and said I be Bragging too much on the Internet , if a man I should say a word he was gonna cut me with it .. but one thing I know ,am not scared of threats and blood and I learned how to protect n defend myself growing up no matter what ..
I managed to block the knife he pulled on me and rather grabbed whatever I got to self defend myself … I fought for my life and run out of the apartment… I didn’t get the police involved because I don’t do Police !!!
He ended up in the hospital and instead of telling the truth or keeping mute , he rather told a lie to the police that I wanted to smoke weed inside his car and he didn’t allow me I picked up a knife to stab him , police didn’t investigate this issue , they rather issued a warrant out for my arrest and since 2016 ..
I have bin fighting for my own innocence and freedom !! I am innocent and I don’t support violence #I ONLY SELF DEFENDED MYSELF !!.”
