A Ghanaian student nurse of KAAF University in Kasoa has reportedly been raped by his ex-boyfriend who kept her captive for 24 hours, OccupyGh.com reports.
According to police report, the victim is a second year student of the KAAF University which is in Kasoa.
The victim (name withheld) was reported missing on June 8, 2019. The same day her boyfriend allegedly kidnapped her.
The suspect, named given as Frederich Kwame Acquah, is a 26-year-old young man who lives in the Kasoa vicinity.
Police reports indicates that although family members of the victim tried to reach her, it all prove futile although she will answer her phone call and cry at the background.
OccupyGh.com was informed that the nursing student returned to her family the next day, looking ratchet and tired.
She then narrated the entire ordeal to her family, who then took her to a near by hospital – Greenshield Hospital for treatment.
The victim mentioned that on the day of the kidnap, she received a call from her ex-boyfriend to meet up, which she did. She mentioned that Frederich then lead her to a guest room for a chat, that was when Frederich became violent and allegedly forced her to several rounds of sex.
Frederich Kwame Acquah is currently on the run, Kasoa Police has informed OccupyGh.com
