
<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>A dramatic incident occurred in Sunyani after supporters of the New Force removed the poster of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party&#8217;s (NPP) flagbearer, from a billboard.</strong></p>



<p>According to eyewitnesses, the billboard already displayed the poster of the New Force leader. <a href="https://occupygh.com/dr-bawumia-asserts-that-he-is-the-best-candidate-for-the-npp-because-of-his-success-in-transforming-ghanas-economy-details">NPP supporters had temporarily placed Dr. Bawumia&#8217;s</a> poster to promote his upcoming visit to the area.</p>

<p>An eyewitness, who works near the billboard, revealed that the NPP supporters were transparent about their intentions. They informed him that Dr. Bawumia would be visiting soon.</p>



<p>Despite this explanation, New Force supporters took down Dr. Bawumia&#8217;s poster. This incident highlights tensions between rival political groups in the region.</p>
