Shooting At WH: Trump Rushed Out Of COVID-19 Briefing After Secret Service Shoot ‘Armed Suspect’
US President Donald Trump was rushed from his press briefing as Secret Service shot an “armed suspect” outside of the White House.
The president made was evacuated from the briefing room just minutes into his conference on Monday afternoon.
When he returned, Trump told reporters that someone had been shot outside of the White House.
The president said that the suspect was shot by law enforcement and rushed to the hospital.
Journalists in the briefing room said that an agent locked the doors from the exterior.
