The viral video captures the Ghanaian lawyer and Member of Parliament for the Ablekuma West, Ursula Owusu, sitting on her colleague MP, MP Kwabena Mintah Akando,
Kwabena Akando is an NDC Member of Parliament for the Juaboso Constituency in the Western Region.
Ursula’s act was in protest of the NDC occupying the majority seats in parliament.
