<p>A clique of Ghanaian nurses has warned men with small manh00d not worry them with marriage proposals for they are only interested in men with big &#8216;Kofi-Adeka&#8217;</p>



<p>There have been several reports that Ghanaian men are failing to approach or propose to nurses but these are not just looking at any man.</p>



<p>Speaking to some nurses in Accra, they told massiveupdates.com that they don’t just need any man but those with big manh00d.</p>
