
<p>On the 26th of March 2023 (Sunday), the Vice President of the USA Kamala Harris, and the Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff landed at midday in Accra, the capital of Ghana.</p>

<p>In Ghana, Kamara will visit the Cape Coast slave castle, which used to hold enslaved Africans before they were shipped across the Atlantic for sale, mainly in the Caribbean.</p>



<p>Harris launched her meeting with Ghana’s president Nana Akufo-Addo on the 27th of March, 2023.</p>

<p>However, some Ghanaians were complaining about the stage and podium used to welcome Kamara at the airport as inappropriate. They deemed it as too poor a set-up.</p>

<p>Most critics like Kwame A-Plus have also talked against the setup.</p>
