Informations gathered by OccupyGh.com indicates that a 17-year-old girls has died following a sexual assault levied on her in a Richmond Hotel, Virginia Police has confirmed.
Nariah Ivy Brown died Friday, her mother Aija Brown, tells news outlets. Aija claims she was assaulted two days earlier in a the said hotel room.
Her mother went on to say she was assaulted by a man she trusted and left her with but by the time she returned, she found her daughter wounded. She says Nariah was then hospitalized.
Authorities are yet to release Nariah’s official cause of death or expanded on the type of assault she suffered.
No charges have been filed in the girl’s death as of Tuesday. City police have only said the girl was sexually assault.
