Kwame Chelsea, a Ghanaian man, was apprehended by the Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Police Command on suspicion of engaging in sexual activity with a pregnant goat.
Residents were alerted to the disturbing situation by the sounds of the goat in distress.
According to reports, Kwame, a divorced palm wine tapper with two children, was caught in the act in the bush.
An eyewitness, speaking to a local radio station, Lord FM, claimed to have filmed the incident and rejected Kwame’s attempts to bribe them.
In response to the incident, traditional leaders performed rituals to cleanse the land of any perceived negativity.
