
<p class="has-drop-cap">A six-year-old girl has allegedly been kidnapped at Kintampo in the Brong Ahafo region.</p>



<p>According to reports, Jackline Ntiriwaa, also known as Maame Yaa, was last seen on April 7, 2019.</p>



<p>Distraught mother, Mavis Gyasi in an interview with Adom News Wednesday said, her daughter was lured with toffee by a middle-aged woman.</p>

<p>She revealed that, the kidnappers called to demand ransom and they offered to pay if only they allow her speak to her daughter.</p>



<p>“The kidnappers always call me with different numbers demanding money but when I ask them to allow me speak to my daughter, they bang the phone,” she narrated in Twi.</p>



<p>Madam Gyasi said they have reported the case to the Kintampo Police but no significant results have been achieved a month since her daughter went missing.</p>



<p>She added that the kidnappers have warned the family not to report the case to the police.</p>



<p>This is happening at a time when the police are struggling to locate the whereabouts of three girls kidnapped in Takoradi in the Western region.</p>



<p>The Takoradi kidnapping incident, for instance, has generated a social media campaign with the hashtag #BringBackOurTaadiGirls.</p>



<p>Meanwhile, the suspect, Samuel Utodoek-Wills is still in custody but has failed to disclose the location of the girls.</p>
