A radio host was detained for continuously defiling his own daughter, age 11, for the previous 12 months.
After the victim’s mother began noticing strange behaviors from her daughter, he was arrested. She discovered that her daughter had been abused in secrecy for such a long time that it was starting to affect her physical and mental well-being.
The defendant, Clement Oti, a well-known radio host and cab driver from Sunyani, was accused of assaulting his daughter and engaging in anal penetrations with her.
According to reports, the suspect, also known as “Shabatee” in the media, is currently being held by the police.
The victim’s mother admitted in an interview that she became aware of the suspect’s incestuous and heinous deed after noticing various anomalies on the victim’s body.
