
<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>Patrick Essien, a middle-aged man, has been detained by the <a href="https://occupygh.com/nigerians-force-to-roam-the-streets-in-china-as-they-are-sent-out-of-their-hotels-by-police-over-coronavirus-fears-video">Nigerian Police Force </a>for reportedly killing his landlord in Rumuiprikon, Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, of the state. The landlord, known as Iheanyichukwu America, was reportedly stabbed as he attempted to free <a href="https://occupygh.com/michael-essiens-wife-kids-surfaces-amidst-lgbtqi-post">Essien&#8217;s wife </a>from him during a fight, according to Punch.</strong></p>



<p>Essien was <a href="https://occupygh.com/wife-allegedly-stabs-husband-for-impregnating-5th-wife">allegedly pulling his wife into their home even after the landlord&#8217;s husband</a> intervened, according to the landlord&#8217;s wife Chioma America.</p>



<p>According to her, Iheanyichukwu allegedly promised not to let his tenant&#8217;s wife spend the night there in order to prevent her husband from launching any further assaults.</p>

<p>&#8220;He tried to bring the wife inside with him (Essien). However, my husband claimed he wouldn&#8217;t let him. When my husband declared that he would not permit the woman to sleep in their home due to the circumstances, he was still inside the house, Mrs. America narrated.</p>



<p>&#8220;That she should stay in the home of my husband&#8217;s relatives, and when morning comes, we will know what to do. He then ordered the woman to leave their home.</p>



<p>&#8220;Then, at around twelve o&#8217;clock in the morning, the man came to attack my husband while on his way to see if his wife was at our house, but she wasn&#8217;t. He encountered my husband, and instead of attacking his wife, he now turned the attack against him.</p>



<p>Gladys Bardey, the landlord&#8217;s older sister, also expressed regret at the tenant&#8217;s behavior and urged that justice be served by bringing the case before a judge.</p>
