Prophet Stephen Adom Kyei Duah, leader of the Philadelphia Movement, has issued a scathing warning to the Christian Council of Ghana after they denounced him as a false teacher.
The Council’s statement came in response to Prophet Adom Kyei Duah’s declaration that he had been instructed by heaven to replace all depictions of Jesus Christ with his own face for the next 500 years.
In a video response, Prophet Adom Kyei Duah fired back at the Council, warning them to be cautious in their criticism.
He defended his declaration, stating that it was a divine instruction and not a personal ambition.

The controversy has sparked a heated debate among Christians and non-Christians alike, with many questioning the legitimacy of Prophet Adom Kyei Duah’s claim.
The Christian Council’s statement warned believers to beware of false teachers and messiahs, but Prophet Adom Kyei Duah remains unapologetic, insisting that his message is from above.
