Akufo-Addo Felt Uncomfortable Seeing Mahama Taking Over The Presidential Seat, He Thought He Bought The Seat With His Money — Krontihene of Akyem Asuom

Krontihene of Akyem Asuom, Nana Boadi Amponim Obodade III who recently registered his disappointment in Akufo-Addo has once again launched a scattering attach on the former president following his demeanor and posture during President Mahama’s Inauguration which took place at the Black Stars Square on January 7,2025.

In an exclusive interview with GhOne TV, Nana Boadi Amponim Obodade III passed his remarks about the inauguration and particularly singled out Akuffo-Addo.

According to him, Akufo-Addo looked uncomfortable in the chair he was sitting in because it appeared he was used to sitting in the presidential chair.

Nana Boadi Amponim Obodade III Continued that over the past eight years, President Akufo-Addo had acted as if he bought Ghana’s presidential seat with his hard earned money meanwhile, the seat is for the entire nation.

The controversial traditional ruler narrated how Akufo-Addo had been moving from one end to the other with the presidential seat with fully armed men protecting it with their lives.

Coming to the end of his speech, the chief expressed joy over Mahama’s election as the new president of the Republic of Ghana while making references to Akufo-Addo’s adminstration over the last few years.
