A passionate supporter of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has made a dramatic declaration, invoking curses on anyone who attempts to interfere with Ghana’s upcoming elections.
In a viral video, the supporter called upon local deities to punish those who might manipulate, rig, or intimidate during the electoral process.
This includes officials from the Electoral Commission (EC), government representatives, and security forces if they favor the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).
As Ghana prepares for its highly anticipated December 7 elections, tensions between the NDC and NPP are escalating.
Both parties are focusing on rallying voter support, with concerns surrounding transparency and fairness taking center stage.

Many Ghanaians are urging for a fair and peaceful electoral process, as the country’s democracy hangs in the balance.
The Electoral Commission has responded to these concerns, reaffirming its commitment to a credible and transparent election. However, mistrust persists, fueled by allegations of bias within the EC and the judiciary.
The NDC has questioned the neutrality of these institutions, citing past controversies and perceived partisan leanings.
Ghana’s electoral landscape is complex, with the NPP seeking to win a third term and the NDC aiming to avoid a third consecutive defeat.
The contest between Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia of the NPP and former President John Dramani Mahama of the NDC is intense, with both parties making divisive statements on campaign platforms.
