
<p style="font-size:25px">One the weekend, the Chief Executive confirmation election at Bekwai was<a href="https://occupygh.com/tag/viral"> full of chaos</a>.</p>



<p>The election was held to vote on the MCE nominee as announced by the President of Ghana, <a href="https://occupygh.com/tag/nana-akufo-addo">Nana Akufo-Addo</a>.</p>

<p>However, some Assemblymen opposed the nominee Kwaku Kyei Baffour.</p>



<p>These men were apparently beaten during a heated misunderstanding following the rejection.</p>



<p>Viral video recorded during the voting sees some people exchanging blows with some bystanders asking: “Is that not Okatakyie being beaten?</p>



<p>Kingsley Opoku popularly known as Okatakyie is the Assemblymember of Dedease Electoral Area in the Bekwai Municipal Assembly.</p>
