Controversial music producer Ayisha Modi has claimed that socialite and baby Daddy Hajia4Reall defrauded her.
She claimed that Hafiz, Hajia’s baby daddy, promised to sell her a magnificent home. But once she gave him the money—$10,000—he wasted it and left without showing her the house.
In the event that he didn’t fully reimburse her for her money, Ayisha Modi threatened to contact the police.
Ayisha Modi shared information about the development in a TikTok live video, however she made unsupported claims that she sent Loveman a $10,000 down payment for a house in Cantonments sometime in 2020 and hasn’t heard from him since.
Later, she claimed, she decided against buying the house and asked for her money cash, but he plainly refused to do so after that.
Ayisha Modi claimed that she had tried unsuccessfully for the past three years to have Loveman reimburse her money.

I questioned Loveman in 2020 about the cost of a nice house he had listed on social media. He informed me that it was in Cantonments and cost $240,000 USD.
He requested that I pay a down payment of $10,000 USD, and I complied. I gave him $10,000 USD. Later, after realising the house was more like an apartment, I changed my mind and chose not to purchase it. Even an entire house at East Legon could be purchased with that money, she raged.
