He was involved in the recordings of XXXX video tapes with high-profile female personalities in Equatorial Guinea.
His apartment reportedly yielded a vast collection of these tapes, prompting public outrage and further allegations of unethical conduct.
Away from the vast, over 400+ videos confiscated from his apartment upon a search, there’s a new one that is currently causing a stir online.
Balthazar was reportedly involved with his house girl as well. A video with the supposed house girl is the latest that has just surfaced on social media.
