The video sighted by occupygh.com captures a human-fish-like mammal creature on the shores of a South African beach.
The creature is seen lying helplessly as many gather around it to ascertain what their eyes are seeing.
Many at the beach where the creature was found went the extra mile to touch it to be sure it was exactly what they were seeing.
