A police officer, Iddrisu Gafaru, involved in an accident on Friday, 22nd October, on the Walewale-Bolgatanga has died after he was airlifted to Accra for intensive medical care.
Iddrisu was among four other officers who were involved in the said accident.
It reportedly happened while the team was responding to a robbery incident on the Walewale-Bolgatanga road.
The Ghana Police have since released a press to announce the death of Iddrisu Gafaru.
