<p>A police report has since been released.</p>



<p>The report reads:</p>



<p>&#8220;Update on the “Missing Pregnant Woman” at Takoradi in the Western Region.</p>



<p>The suspect, Josephine Panyin Mensah, 28, has confessed to the Police during further investigations and stated that neither was she pregnant nor ever being kidnapped. </p>



<p>The public will be updated with further details.&#8221;</p>



<p>“The Police people are on the grounds and may have spoken to people but at the moment we haven’t issued a formal report to the Police. </p>



<p>And I’m not in a position to confirm if she was pregnant or not until our report is given to the appropriate quarters.”</p>
