
<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>In a poignant display of traditional support, the Central Region&#8217;s paramount chief invoked the ancestors&#8217; favor on former President John Mahama and running mate Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, assuring them of victory in the impending elections.</strong></p>



<p>The NDC duo&#8217;s visit to the Central Regional House of Chiefs preceded the party&#8217;s manifesto launch in August. Prof. Opoku-Agyemang, a native of the region, received a warm welcome from her kinsmen, who gathered to offer blessings and support.</p>



<p>Adorned in traditional regalia, the chiefs performed the symbolic pouring of libation, signifying their endorsement and invoking the ancestors&#8217; favor on the NDC candidates.</p>
