In an attempt to prove he doesn’t mix his career with fraudulent activities in the hope to survive, Nigerian singer Davido shared a screenshot of one ‘sakawa’ boy who wanted to work with him.
Nigerians call boys who indulge in crybercrimes as Yahoo Boys while Ghanaians stick to the usual Sakawa term.
Davido queried this fan who sent him a direct message saying “Am I a Yahoo Boy” depicting he doesn’t con people to survive.
According to the guy, he had one client he wanted Davido to handle so they could split her revenue but Davido refused.
Many Nigerian stars commented on the post with laughing emojis.
He captioned it, “Simi see trouble !!!”
