The EIB Network as network has finally reacted to the ongoing conversation surrounding their employee Serwaa Amihere and Henry Fitz. According to the EIB Network, they are conducting their own investigation.
If you will recall, a video of Serwaa Amihere and an alleged lover Henry Fitz surfaced online. The video has created a buzz for almost a week now.
Reacting to it, the EIB Network has acknowledged the video in a press statement that as been released:
“Management of EIB Network has noted with concern the circulation of a private video purported to be one of our employees, Serwaa Amihere, who is a broadcast journalist with GHOne TV….”
The statement further noted of the ongoing investigation into the situation:
“We are also aware that criminal proceedings have been instituted by the State against certain persons who are alleged to have published the said video.”
They also revealed that the network is conducting their on independent investigation into the matter and will release their findings.
“Management has also decided to conduct an independent investigation into the circumstances surrounding the release of the said video.”
