The individual claims that authorities’ crackdown on illegal mining has left him jobless and desperate.
In the video, he unleashes expletives against President Akufo-Addo and his administration, frustrated by the government’s efforts to curb galamsey.
“I’ve returned home with nothing… I’ll rob and kill to survive,” he threatens.
The video has sparked widespread concern, with many calling for his immediate arrest and rehabilitation.
