Gari Made From Sweet Potatoes from Volta Region Surfaces As Netizens Go Berserk

Netizens have gone berserk at the sight of Gari/Garri which is reportedly made from sweet potatoes – this particular invention was made in the Volta Region of Ghana.

Garri is the flour of the fresh starchy cassava root. It can also mean the flour of guinea corn, maize, rice, yam, plantain, and millet.

The new innovation was shared by a netizen, @SeyramOfffficial on Twitter. He noted:

‘This is garb made from sweet potatoes, here in the Volta region.
