Ghanaian Nurse Commits Suicide Over Unpaid Allowances (VIDEO)

A male Nurse identified as Paul Depau who was posted at the Church of God hospital, Asienimpong-Ejisu in the Ashanti Region undergoing his mandatory national service to the nation decided to end his life by hanging himself because of continual unbearable hardship and inability to normally live a daily life because of financial instability.

Paul comes from a town called Asankra in the Eastern Region of Ghana and that’s where this unexpected situation occurred.

Paul Depau was on a night shift on the 8th of May as usual but didn’t come on Tuesday and Wednesday; of which he traveled to his hometown on those days. No one heard from him again until his death.

It is known that Paul lost his parents when he was a toddler and he has hustled to reach this far.

According to his colleagues, Paul used to lament over unpaid allowances and his inability to source funds which mentally derailed him.
