The most debated and yet to be passed bill in the Ghana Parliament is the E-Levy bill, the government wants to put a tax on Mobile Money Transactions and the majority of the Citizens seem to be against it.
The Minority that’s the NDC in Parliament has also been against it from scratch and it seems they are not allowing it to happen to make the new budget to be in suspense.
When you pass everywhere what everyone is talking about is about the pending E-Levy. Almost everyone is against it and so it can affect the NPP in 2024 election.
Meanwhile, a Taxi that spotted in town had E-Levy at the back of it. The driver used an E-Levy sticker to stick the backof his car. This E-Levy has become someone’s nickname.
