Prophet Adom Kyei Duah, founder and leader of the Believers Worship Center, has fired back at members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) who are demanding that he return the money given to him by Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia during his campaign period.
The controversy began when some NPP supporters took to social media to call out Prophet Adom Kyei Duah, asking him to refund the one billion offering since he failed to deliver victory for the party in the recent elections.
However, Prophet Adom Kyei Duah was having none of it. In a fiery response during his church service program, he declared that he is not for sale and has more than enough resources to survive.
He emphasized that he did not beg for the money, but rather, it was given to him by Dr. Bawumia of his own free will.
“I don’t need anyone’s money to survive,” Prophet Adom Kyei Duah stated. “I have more than enough, and I’m not for sale.”
The prophet’s response has garnered mixed reactions on social media, with some netizens supporting his stance while others have joked that “church money is not refundable.”
