The leader and founder of Anointed Palace Chapel, Rev. Obofour, has issued a stern warning to members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), cautioning them against criticizing the incoming administration of President-elect John Mahama.
Rev. Obofour emphasized that those who failed to speak out against the shortcomings of the Akufo-Addo administration should not dare criticize Mahama’s government.
Specifically, Rev. Obofour referenced the depreciation of the cedi under Akufo-Addo’s administration, noting that those who remained silent then should not voice complaints if similar economic challenges arise under Mahama’s leadership.

He vowed to “come after” anyone who dares to criticize Mahama’s administration after remaining silent during Akufo-Addo’s tenure.
Rev. Obofour’s comments come after his earlier statements criticizing the NPP’s arrogance and poor management of key issues, including the Free Senior High School program and the ongoing power outages.
His remarks also follow his meeting with President-elect John Mahama, where he expressed support for Mahama’s return to the presidency, stating that “coming back is not a taboo”
