Former President John Dramani Mahama has launched a two-day campaign tour in the Greater Accra Region as part of his #Mahama4Change2024 campaign, aimed at bolstering support for his bid in the upcoming 2024 general elections.
The tour began in Old Ningo, where Mahama interacted with residents to understand their concerns and present his plans for development.
His first day saw him attending a mini-campaign durbar in Prampram and a rally in Afienya, calling for unity within the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
In Kpone Katamanso, he addressed stakeholders and community members, highlighting job creation and economic growth as key campaign themes.
Mahama also visited the Tema industrial area to discuss ways to boost local industry. The day wrapped up with an interactive session in Tema New Town, where he reinforced his message of economic realignment and national progress.
The Greater Accra tour is a pivotal moment in Mahama’s grassroots strategy, as he seeks to rally voters across the region with a focus on addressing economic challenges and building a better future for all Ghanaians.
