Jordan Ayew, the Ghanaian football sensation, has been crowned Crystal Palace Player of the Month for August, marking a commendable start to the 2023/24 season.
His stellar performances, highlighted by three crucial assists in the opening four games, catapulted him to the top of the fan poll.
Ayew secured an impressive 29.7% of the votes, comfortably surpassing his fellow teammates in the race for the accolade.
Notably, Joachim Andersen secured second place with 20.4% of the votes, followed closely by Ebere Eze at 18.9%, while Jefferson Lerma garnered 17.6%.
In a statement to Palace TV, Ayew expressed his gratitude and acknowledged the unwavering support of fans, the club, and the coaching staff, notably manager Roy Hodgson.
