
<p class="has-drop-cap">The demise of former Ghana BlackStars&#8217; player <a href="https://occupygh.com/tag/junior-agogo">Junior Agogo</a> has rocked the nation so hard, it is hard to believe.</p>

<p>The news of Junior Agogo surfaced on Thursday morning with reports indicating that the 40-year-old soccer star died while in London.</p>



<p>Many have taken to social media to throw a support of tribute to both families, friends and sympathizers of the soccer star.</p>

<p>Junior Agogo was a household name in Ghana following his stellar performances for the Black Stars during the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations which was hosted here in Ghana.</p>

<p>The young champ scored three goals in the 2008 AFCON tournament which saw Ghana to the semi-finals of the competition, eventually picking a third place.</p>



<p>We have stumbled on a goal presumably being his last goal for the Ghana Blackstars. </p>
